My Gran even eats them with her Lancashire cheese!Ingredients:16 oz self-raising flour 1 ½ tsp bicarbonate of Soda 8 tsp sugar 6 tsp ground ginger 4 tsp ground cinnamon 8 oz butter – melted 12 oz Golden syrup Method: Place all of the ingredients into a food mixer and bring to a dough.
