SINGAPORE SLINGIngredients:1 shot of Gin 1 shot of Cherry Brandy A dash of Cointreau A dash of Benedictine 1 shot of Grenadine 3 shots of Pineapple juice 1 shot of Fresh lemon juice 1 dash Angostura Bitters Method: Shake with ice cubes. Strain into a highball glass and garnish with fresh pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
All "shots" are 25ml measures. Having, in the past, drank cocktails from a plantpot i'm in no position to be telling you what kind of glass you should be using. Whatever you have at hand will be fine, as long as it's clean. You can't judge flavour by what it's served in!
