Marie Rose sauce

The subject of plenty of mocking from many so called "cutting edge" chefs, Marie Rose is still the quintessential Prawn Cocktail sauce.

Ingredients:

1 pint of mayonnaise - shop bought or make your own
2 tblspn tomato ketchup
a good splash of worcestershire sauce
a splash of tabasco
1 measure of dry sherry

Method:

There are no stages as such, simply place all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir until well combined.
