Salsa VerdeTraditionally, the ingredients of a salsa are hand chopped and stirred together which gives something between a sauce and a salad. For salsa verde i prefer a smoother finish so i make it in a food processor.Ingredients:3 cloves of garlic 1oz of capers - rinsed 8 cornechons - finely chopped 1 handful of flat leaf parsley leaves 1 handful of basil leaves 1 handful of mint leaves 1 tblsp Dijon mustard 3 tblsp red wine vinegar 8 tblsp olive oil salt and pepper Method: 1.
